Chicago Transit Authority banned video game ads
The Entertainment Software Association has filed suit against the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA), challenging its decision to ban video game advertisements.
All video games rated M and AO, were banned on CTA trains, buses and in CTA stations.
This decision by the CTA is a blatant violation of the right to free speech as provided in the First Amendment. Help the Video Game Voters Network continue to stand up for free speech by recruiting friends and growing the movement.
